The Cinnamon Bread Factory grew out of The Wildflour Bakehouse — built one warm loaf at a time by Stephany, the baker locals know as "the Cinnamon Roll Lady." What began at the farmers market is now a little gingham-trimmed shop on the Dollywood corridor in Sevierville.
We still do it the slow way: scratch recipes, small batches, and cinnamon bread pulled from the oven all day long. Whether you're a neighbor or a visitor passing through the mountains, we'd love to send you home with something warm.
